What To Expect

Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your team’s scheduled photo shoot. When you arrive, check-in at the service table where a member of our staff will look over your paperwork, mark your order “PAID,” and answer any questions you may have. Samples of the various products will also be on display for viewing. When your coach arrives, the players and coaches will be accompanied to our “Green Room.” There, another staff member will prepare the players for their poses and help put them at ease. The Coaches will complete a Team Information Form which includes where the finished photo packages are to be mailed. As the previous group completes their photo session, your team will be ushered into the photo area. No balls nor horseplay are allowed in the photo area. The photographer will provide your team with further instructions regarding which poses lend themselves to the best photographs and discuss the available sports props. Individual Photos are normally taken first, followed by the Team Picture. Several images will be taken of Individuals and Teams to assure that we capture that perfect smile! Coaches are requested to help players be certain that jerseys are tucked in and hair is neat. Players are asked to remain respectful and quiet throughout.

Picture Day Reminders

Players who cannot be at their Team appointment may have their Individual Photos taken on a walk-in basis. All players are asked to wear their team uniform and normal sports gear (jersey, shorts/pants, gloves, hats, etc.). Distracting jewelry or other apparel in bad taste will not be permitted. The wearing of game cleats is prohibited in the gym. Balls, the playing of catch and other sideline games are not permitted in the photo area. PhotoShoots-Etc will have a suitable selection of sports props on hand for your use, or if Coaches prefer they may bring a team ball to use in poses. Questions? E-mail gary@photoshoots-etc.com.
